Ingredients
2 slices watermelon, sliced like toast bread
3 slices pickles
1 slice Havarti cheese
1 drizzle hot honey
1 drizzle balsamic glaze
3 leaves basil
Instructions
1. Cut two thin squares out of a watermelon to resemble slices of bread.
2. Place pickles on one watermelon slice.
3. Add cheese on top of the pickles.
4. Drizzle hot honey and balsamic glaze over the cheese.
5. Add fresh basil leaves.
6. Top with the second watermelon slice and serve immediately.
Notes
