A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip topped with sweet honey, crunchy pistachios, and tart cranberries for a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with honey.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, and fresh thyme over the top.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
