- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped

- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, and fresh thyme over the top.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste and serve immediately with crackers or toasted bread.
