For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 3-inch squares. Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whip the feta cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. Spread a tablespoon of the whipped mixture onto each pastry square and top with peach slices. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
