Description

Delicious and easy-to-make tartlets featuring creamy whipped feta and juicy fresh peaches, perfect for a delightful appetizer or a light summer snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 3-inch squares. Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, whip the feta cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. Spread a tablespoon of the whipped mixture onto each pastry square and top with peach slices. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
