Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta appetizer topped with sweet roasted beets and crunchy pistachios.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 200g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 medium beets, roasted and diced
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, blend the crumbled feta cheese with olive oil until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the whipped feta on a serving plate.
  3. Top with roasted beets, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, and season with salt and pepper.
