For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the strawberries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and honey, and roast for 15 minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Spread on a serving dish and top with the roasted strawberries.
