For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, toss the strawberries with balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt. Roast for 20 minutes or until soft and juicy.
- In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, and a pinch of pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
