Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine ricotta, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whip until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the whipped ricotta evenly onto a serving plate or shallow bowl.
- Drizzle the hot honey generously over the ricotta.
