- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chili crisp
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine shredded smoked Gouda, softened cream cheese, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth and whipped.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste, then pulse to combine.
- Spread the whipped Gouda mixture onto toasted baguette slices. Top each with a drizzle of chili crisp and a sprinkle of fresh chives. Serve immediately.
