For the Crust:

  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the pan, stirring until fragrant. Toss in bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until slightly tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
