Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle half onto a clean surface.
  3. Unfold puff pastry and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar evenly over the pastry.
