Ingredients
1 block feta cheese about 8 oz
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pistachios
1 teaspoon dried thyme or fresh thyme leaves
0.5 teaspoon chili flakes optional
Freshly cracked black pepper
Toasted bread, pita chips, or crackers for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
2. Place the block of feta in a small baking dish.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme and black pepper.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the feta is warm and lightly golden around the edges.
5. Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with honey.
6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pistachios and chili flakes if using.
7. Serve immediately with toasted bread, crackers, or pita chips.
