Description

A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring tender beef, chewy noodles, and a savory-sweet sticky sauce that coats every bite.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh or dried noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return beef to the pan, add the sauce, and stir until thickened and glossy.
  7. Toss in cooked noodles and green onions, stirring to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
