For the Crust:
- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 8 oz fresh or dried noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
- Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return beef to the pan, add the sauce, and stir until thickened and glossy.
- Toss in cooked noodles and green onions, stirring to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
