For the Crust:

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh basil or mint leaves for garnish
  • Crackers or crusty bread for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced almonds and sea salt, stirring frequently until the almonds are golden and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Drain the burrata and place it in the center of a serving board or plate. Gently tear or leave whole as desired.
  3. Arrange the fresh blackberries around the burrata on the board.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the burrata and blackberries.
  5. Sprinkle the toasted almond crunch over the top.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or mint leaves. Serve immediately with crackers or crusty bread.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a savory twist, add a pinch of cracked black pepper or flaky sea salt before serving.
