For the Crust:
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Crackers or crusty bread for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced almonds and sea salt, stirring frequently until the almonds are golden and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Drain the burrata and place it in the center of a serving board or plate. Gently tear or leave whole as desired.
- Arrange the fresh blackberries around the burrata on the board.
- Drizzle the honey over the burrata and blackberries.
- Sprinkle the toasted almond crunch over the top.
- Garnish with fresh basil or mint leaves. Serve immediately with crackers or crusty bread.
