For the Crust:
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz), cut into small cubes
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup peaches, sliced
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as sriracha)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange tortilla chips evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Distribute the cubed Brie cheese evenly over the chips.
- Top with blackberries and peach slices.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- While nachos bake, prepare candied walnuts: In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar. Add walnuts and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until coated and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
- For hot honey: In a small bowl, mix honey with hot sauce until well combined.
- Remove nachos from oven, drizzle with hot honey, and sprinkle candied walnuts on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Serve immediately.

You can customize the seasonings to taste. Feel free to adjust the level of hot sauce in the honey to suit your preference.
