For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 5.2 oz Boursin garlic and herb cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and Boursin cheese until smooth and well combined.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a log on a serving plate, using a spatula or your hands to form an even shape.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine cranberry sauce, honey, and dried cranberries. Stir until warmed and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped walnuts and fresh thyme leaves.
- Spoon the cranberry-walnut glaze over the top of the cheese log, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
