A delightful side dish where tender bok choy is caramelized with garlic, topped with crumbled feta, toasted walnuts, and a spicy-sweet hot honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 4 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic slices and cook until fragrant and lightly golden, about 30 seconds.
- Place bok choy halves cut side down in the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar to make the hot honey drizzle.
- Transfer bok choy to a serving platter. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and toasted walnuts. Drizzle hot honey mixture over the top.
- Serve immediately.
