For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly score a 1-inch border around the edges without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly inside the scored border.
- Brush the pastry border with the beaten egg. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
