For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; beat until combined.
- Fold in whipped topping until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in cherry pie filling.
- Transfer to a serving dish; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight. You can also substitute other pie fillings like blueberry or strawberry.
