For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; beat until combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until well incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in cherry pie filling.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. You can also substitute other pie fillings like blueberry or strawberry.
