For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add thyme and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it. Cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through, then garnish with parsley before serving.
