For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 200g brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and red pepper flakes. Warm over low heat for 2-3 minutes, then set aside to infuse.
- Spread the flatbread on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle dried cranberries and chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the brie is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle the hot honey over the flatbread.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Slice and serve warm.
