For the Crust:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Place grated sweet potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add flour, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the sweet potatoes. Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine feta cheese, sour cream, and milk. Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy.
- In another small bowl, stir together honey and sriracha sauce.
- Serve sweet potato cakes topped with a dollop of feta cream and a drizzle of sriracha honey. Garnish with parsley.

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra crispiness, ensure the sweet potatoes are thoroughly dried before mixing.
