Description

These Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake Domes are luxurious no-bake desserts featuring a creamy pistachio cheesecake filling, a crunchy toasted kataifi center, and a glossy chocolate shell. Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate trend, they are perfect for special occasions and elegant dessert tables.

Ingredients

Scale

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup pistachio cream

1/2 cup melted white or milk chocolate

1 cup kataifi pastry, chopped

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/4 cup pistachio cream

1/4 cup crushed pistachios

1 1/2 cups melted milk or dark chocolate

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Crushed pistachios, for garnish

Chocolate drizzle, for garnish

Edible gold leaf (optional)

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and toast the chopped kataifi pastry until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly.

2. Mix toasted kataifi with 1/4 cup pistachio cream and crushed pistachios until combined. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup pistachio cream until smooth.

4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.

5. Fold in melted white or milk chocolate until smooth and fully incorporated.

6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into silicone dome molds, pressing up the sides to create a hollow center.

7. Add a spoonful of the crunchy kataifi filling into the center of each dome.

8. Cover with more cheesecake mixture and smooth the tops.

9. Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours or until firm.

10. Mix melted chocolate with coconut oil until glossy.

11. Unmold the frozen domes and place on a wire rack.

12. Pour chocolate over each dome, letting excess drip off.

13. Immediately garnish with crushed pistachios, chocolate drizzle, or edible gold leaf.

14. Chill for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use silicone molds for the easiest release.

Freeze completely before coating with chocolate.

Toast the kataifi well for the best crunch.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
