Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 mini phyllo dough shells
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo dough shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each cooled phyllo shell.
  4. Top each cup with a small dollop of cranberry sauce, a sprinkle of chopped pistachios, and a mint leaf.
  5. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes
