For the Crust:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 mini phyllo dough shells
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo dough shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into each cooled phyllo shell.
- Top each cup with a small dollop of cranberry sauce, a sprinkle of chopped pistachios, and a mint leaf.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
