Description

A delicious and healthy twist on Brussels sprouts, grilled to perfection on skewers and drizzled with a sweet and tangy honey balsamic glaze, finished with crumbled feta cheese.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread Brussels sprouts onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender and charred.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened (about 3-4 minutes).
  6. Remove skewers from grill. Drizzle with honey balsamic glaze and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Serve warm.
