Delightful and elegant dessert cups featuring juicy peaches drizzled with lavender-infused honey and served in crispy wonton cups.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: whipped cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush wonton wrappers lightly with melted butter, press into muffin tin cups, and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat honey, lavender buds, and lemon juice over low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain out lavender buds.
  3. In a bowl, gently toss diced peaches with vanilla extract. Spoon peach mixture into cooled wonton cups.
  4. Drizzle lavender honey over each peach cup. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately, optionally with whipped cream.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a stronger lavender flavor, let the honey steep longer.
