Fresh and vibrant skewers combining sweet mango, juicy strawberries, and creamy feta cheese, drizzled with a tangy lime basil glaze. Perfect for summer entertaining.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large ripe mango, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 oz block feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze. Set aside.
  2. Thread mango cubes, strawberry halves, and feta cubes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  3. Place skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with the lime basil glaze.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a cooler flavor.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a bolder flavor, add a pinch of chili flakes to the glaze.
