Description

A rich and creamy no-bake pie with a chocolate crust, coconut-pecan filling, and luscious chocolate cream topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate or graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (4-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Stir in shredded coconut and pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, butter, and milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  8. Pour the chocolate mixture over the pie filling and spread gently.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra richness, top with additional whipped cream and toasted coconut before serving.
