A sweet and savory twist on classic nachos, featuring creamy Brie, juicy peaches, spicy hot honey, and crunchy pistachios.

For the Crust:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips (preferably thick-cut)
- 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and diced
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- Scatter the diced Brie evenly over the chips.
- Arrange the peach slices over the cheese and chips.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a milder version, use regular honey instead of hot honey.
