A sweet and savory twist on classic nachos, featuring creamy Brie, juicy peaches, spicy hot honey, and crunchy pistachios.

For the Crust:

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips (preferably thick-cut)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and diced
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Scatter the diced Brie evenly over the chips.
  4. Arrange the peach slices over the cheese and chips.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a milder version, use regular honey instead of hot honey.
