For the Crust:
- 1 ripe peach, diced
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1 nectarine, diced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 4 oz feta cheese, cut into small cubes
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, gently combine the peach, watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, nectarine, and blueberries.
- Add the feta cubes and toss lightly to distribute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, mint, and lime juice until well blended.
- Drizzle the hot honey-mint mixture over the fruit and feta, folding gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes to let flavors meld.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste. Adjust hot sauce for desired heat level. For extra freshness, add a pinch of salt.
