For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Press each square into a greased muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake puff pastry cups for 10-12 minutes until golden and puffed. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon pickle dip into each puff pastry cup. Top with shredded cheddar if using. Bake for another 5 minutes until warm. Serve immediately.
