Description

A decadent combination of creamy cheesecake with Reese’s peanut butter cups and Butterfinger pieces on a chocolate cookie crust.

For the Crust:

  • 25 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger bars

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes, then cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream; mix until combined.
  4. Fold in chopped peanut butter cups and Butterfinger pieces.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake 35-40 minutes until center is almost set.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
