Description

Irresistible crab-stuffed bread bombs baked on a sheet pan for a golden, cheesy appetizer perfect for parties or game day.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 can (6 oz) lump crab meat, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, Old Bay, and lemon juice until well mixed.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Flatten each into a 4-inch round.
  4. Place a generous tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal completely.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared sheet pan. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
