Description

A creamy, tangy whipped feta dip paired with fresh carrots for a light and flavorful appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper.
  4. Serve immediately with carrot sticks for dipping, or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
