For the Crust:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Serve immediately with carrot sticks for dipping, or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
