For the Crust:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 slider buns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, sriracha, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Drizzle over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice to create a creamy sauce. Spread on slider buns.
- Assemble sliders by placing a spoonful of Brussels sprouts on each bun bottom. Top with red onion slices and cilantro, then cover with bun tops. Serve warm.
