Description

A creamy, layered no-bake dessert with fresh strawberries, perfect for Mother’s Day or any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (about 14 ounces) graham crackers
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam or preserves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of an 8×8 inch dish or a 9×13 inch dish.
  3. Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the cream, breaking them to fit if needed.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers, then arrange a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Dot the strawberries with small spoonfuls of strawberry jam.
  6. Repeat layers: graham crackers, whipped cream, strawberries, and jam, ending with a top layer of whipped cream.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until the graham crackers soften.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberry slices and a drizzle of strawberry jam if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For extra sweetness, add more powdered sugar to the cream.
