Description
Trader Joe’s sweet potato gnocchi cooked in a skillet with buttery sage flavor and crispy edges.
Ingredients
1 package Trader Joe’s sweet potato gnocchi
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
4 fresh sage leaves
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add frozen Trader Joe’s sweet potato gnocchi directly to the pan.
3. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and heated through.
4. Add butter, sage, and garlic during the last 2 minutes.
5. Stir well until coated.
6. Top with parmesan, salt, and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture.
