For the Crust:
- 1 small seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 oz fresh burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey mixed with a pinch of red pepper flakes)
- Flaky sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Arrange watermelon cubes on a serving platter.
- Top each cube with a piece of burrata.
- Scatter torn basil leaves over the top.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios evenly.
- Drizzle hot honey over everything.
- Season with flaky sea salt and black pepper. Serve immediately.
