Description

A delightful summer appetizer combining juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, crunchy toasted crostini, and a drizzle of spicy hot honey. Finished with chopped pistachios for extra texture.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush baguette slices and peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Grill baguette slices for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and toasted. Remove to a platter.
  4. Grill peach halves cut-side down for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear. Remove and let cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
  5. Break burrata into pieces and spread over grilled crostini.
  6. Top each crostini with grilled peach wedges.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  8. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and garnish with basil leaves.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste. For a milder version, use regular honey instead of hot honey.
